Prep Tip:
Start preparing for the trek NOW by taking daily walks. Start by walking a few times per week. In April increase to 15 minutes 3 times a week. After a month, increase your walks to 30 minutes 3 times per week.
Wearing the wrong shoes on the trek will rub you wrong and that means foot pain and blisters.
Running shoes are the best bet for trekkers.
